TCC's Illegal Crimes Report

Despite denial by open borders advocates, illegal aliens add to the crime problem in the United States. The stories below give some recent examples.

Good news #1: Virginia May Crack Down on Illegals

Virginia’s new Attorney General was sworn in on January 15. The new Virginia administration may step up enforcement of the laws against illegal Immigration.

“As potentially the first Attorney General since 1786 that would be the child of an immigrant, Jason is a passionate believer in the American Miracle and that our nation is a nation of second chances. If your family came to America seeking freedom and opportunity chances are your family is a lot like the Miyares Family.

Miyares supports legal immigration, but he will not allow illegal immigrants to take advantage of American laws and is in favor of efforts to strengthen border security.” Good News #2 Liberal Plans for Massive Amnesty Failed

Left-wing activists had hoped that 2021 would see pathway to citizenship for illegal immigrant

When President Biden entered office in January, with Democratic control of the Senate and House, there was a great deal of hope from left-wing immigration activists that 2021 would be the year in which a broad pathway to citizenship for millions of illegal immigrants would be created and signed into law -- but as the year ends, those hopes have so far been dashed as multiple efforts have hit the rocks.

With minimal border security measures in the legislation and a brewing crisis at the southern border, even Republicans who had supported reform efforts in the past balked -- with Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., calling it a nonstarter.

"There are many issues I think we can work cooperatively with President-elect Biden, but a blanket amnesty for people who are here unlawfully isn’t going to be one of them," Rubio said. Here’s how illegals show up in YOUR community.

Report: Secret migrant flights being flown into Pennsylvania

After previous reports of "ghost flights" of illegal immigrants who were flown to metro New York and parts of Florida, recent images captured by a former Pennsylvania congressman appear to show the same tactic being employed in Pennsylvania.

On "Fox News Primetime," host Lawrence Jones shared photos captured by ex-Rep. Lou Barletta on Christmas night at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport in Avoca, Pennsylvania, that allegedly show surreptitious flights arriving from El Paso, Texas.

"I think it’s quite obvious they don’t want the American people to see what they are doing, which is interesting to me because they don’t seem to care that our border is wide open," Fox Nation host Tomi Lahren told Jones on "Fox News Primetime."

Illegal Aliens, Cuban National Accused of Running ‘Massive Amazon Theft Ring’

On December 30, police said they were called to an area where a report of illegal dumping was reported. Police said they found about 600 empty Amazon packages dumped on the ground and a garbage bag that included an address and receipt from a nearby store.

That is when police obtained a warrant for a residence in Luther, Oklahoma. When police raided the residence, they found thousands of undelivered Amazon packages, many of which were still fully wrapped and packaged on pallets. The packages filled every room of the residence, police said.

Police said Laurencio was involved in the theft ring and likewise worked for a driving company that contracted with Amazon to deliver packages.

Illegal alien accused of killing a 32-year-old man in Springfield, Missouri, in a drunk driving crash, police allege, just weeks before Christmas.

Jarol Leiva-Navarro, a 22-year-old illegal alien from Honduras, was arrested and charged on December 23 with felony drunk driving after he allegedly killed 32-year-old Colby Brice Compton in a fatal crash, as well as charges for driving without a license.

According to police, on December 11, Navarro was driving 110 miles per hour in a Dodge Charger when he hit Compton, who was turning left at an intersection. An eyewitness told police that Navarro was seemingly racing another vehicle.

Police said Navarro’s blood alcohol level was above the legal limit at the time of the crash. Compton was killed in the crash.

Illegal Alien Wanted For Raping 5-Year-Old Boy, Arrested After 20 Years On-The-Run

HIGH POINT, NC - On December 18, police arrested Eric Santibanez-Cardenas, 40, who has been a on-the-run for more than 20 years for the repeated sexual abuse of a child.

In May 2001, Santibanez-Cardenas was charged with four counts of sexual assault on a 5-year-old boy in Las Vegas.

Though the suspect is in the country illegally, he was allowed to bond out of jail and failed to show for his court appearance.

Las Vegas is a ‘sanctuary city,’ and refuses to enforce ICE detainers, and simply releases criminal aliens back onto the street, if they make bail.

The Conservative Caucus is a grassroots public policy action organization, formed in 1974. It was active in defeating the SALT II Treaty, repealing the Catastrophic Coverage Act, blocking the Clinton health-care takeover, securing the impeachment of President Clinton by the House of Representatives, stopping amnesty for illegal aliens, persuading the House of Representatives to sue President Obama regarding ObamaCare, and promoting the confirmation of Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett.

TCC supports increased border security and the passage of Federal legislation to punish sanctuary jurisdictions by cutting off Federal aid.
