TCC's Illegal Alien Crime Update 7-6-21

Despite denial by open borders advocates, illegal aliens add to the crime problem in the United States. The stories below give some recent examples.

Biden's Crisis: Illegal Alien Accused of Beheading Man, Playing 'Soccer with His Head'

"An illegal alien with an extensive criminal history was indicted on a first-degree murder charge Tuesday after police say he confessed to decapitating a man and then callously kicking his head around like a soccer ball.

Joel Arciniega-Saenz, 25, admitted to police that he had stabbed the victim — 51-year-old James Garcia — in Dona Ana County, New Mexico, and then cut his head off, KTSM-TV reported.

Arciniega-Saenz “then played soccer with his head” by kicking the victim’s head at 14 different cars, according to an affidavit."

Illegal immigrant accused of abandoning baby in trash can says she was raped before coming to US: Police

An illegal immigrant accused of abandoning her baby in a bathroom trash can at a California park was arrested Thursday and told law enforcement that the baby was conceived after she was raped in Guatemala, police said.

The 22-year-old woman, whose name has not been released for safety reasons, admitted to investigators that she gave birth to the child June 9, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. She abandoned the newborn two days later at a park in Lynwood, California, out of fear, she said.

A neighbor of the woman was asked to review the surveillance video of the suspect and identified the young mother. "The sheriff’s department has received many inquiries about adopting this baby, including from our own personnel," said Lt. John Adams of the LASD Special Victims Bureau. "We’ve had detectives here at our unit, we’ve had fire personnel, we’ve had nurses that treated this baby at the hospital inquire about adoption. Needless to say, this baby is quite the celebrity at this point."

Illegal Alien Accused of Murdering 24 Senior Citizens Escapes Death Penalty

An accused illegal alien serial killer will escape the death penalty in the murder trial against him, Dallas County, Texas prosecutors revealed this week. Dallas County District Attorney John Creuzot announced that his office will not seek the death penalty against Billy Chemirmir, an illegal alien from Kenya who is accused of murdering 24 elderly Americans in Texas from April 2016 to 2018.

Instead, Cruezot said prosecutors will seek life in prison while only pursuing two of the 18 capital murder charges against Chemirmir should they win the cases. The other charges would be dismissed.

Chemirmir had a criminal record, Breitbart News exclusively learned, including convictions for drunk driving, trespassing, assault, and obstructing a police officer. Chemirmir is currently being held in the Dallas County Jail.

The Conservative Caucus is a grassroots public policy action organization, formed in 1974. It was active in defeating the SALT II Treaty, repealing the Catastrophic Coverage Act, blocking the Clinton health-care takeover, securing the impeachment of President Clinton by the House of Representatives, stopping amnesty for illegal aliens, persuading the House of Representatives to sue President Obama regarding ObamaCare, and promoting the confirmation of Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett.

TCC supports increased border security and the passage of Federal legislation to punish sanctuary jurisdictions by cutting off Federal aid.
