Despite denial by open borders advocates, illegal aliens add to the crime problem in the United States. The stories below give some recent examples.
Sanctuary State: Illegal Alien Gets Five Years in Prison for Killing 24-Year-Old.
An illegal alien has been sentenced to five years in prison for killing a 24-year-old man in a drunk driving car crash in the sanctuary state of New Jersey.
Jesus Leal-Corona, a 49-year-old illegal alien, pleaded guilty in 2020 to second-degree vehicular homicide, two counts of third-degree vehicular assault, and drunk driving after hitting and killing 24-year-old Frankie Hensley of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in September 2019.
Leal-Corona, who had been living in Monroeville, New Jersey, admitted to police that he was drunk driving when he hit Hensley. At the time of the crash, Hensley was the passenger in a vehicle involved in a separate crash when he got out of the vehicle.
Then, Leal-Corona hit Hensley who was rushed to a nearby hospital and died hours later as a result of his injuries.
Previously Arrested Illegal Alien Charged With Raping Elderly Woman In Connecticut.
WEST HAVEN, CT – On April 27, police arrived at The Surfside Apartments senior living facility, and found Giani Morales, 27, passed out inside a 74-year-old woman's apartment. The woman had managed to escape her home and call for help, after reportedly being raped by Morales.
Morales gained access to the building by following a delivery person inside the building's lobby, according to court documents.
Illegal Alien Charged With Five Counts Of Child Molestation...ICE Hold Not Honored!
Jesus Aguilar Garcia was arrested on 04/23/2021 in Mecklenburg County, and charged with Five Counts of Indecent Liberties with a Child. Under Sheriff Garry McFadden, the Mecklenburg County Sheriff's Office has adopted a 'sanctuary' policy for illegal aliens, and, as such, will not enforce ICE holds, even for serious crimes. So, if Garcia can come up with $5,000 (10 percent of his bond), to pay a bail bondsman, this accused child predator will simply be released back onto the streets, in hopes that he actually keeps his court date.
The Conservative Caucus is a grassroots public policy action organization, formed in 1974. It was active in defeating the SALT II Treaty, repealing the Catastrophic Coverage Act, blocking the Clinton health-care takeover, securing the impeachment of President Clinton by the House of Representatives, stopping amnesty for illegal aliens, persuading the House of Representatives to sue President Obama regarding ObamaCare, and promoting the confirmation of Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett.
TCC supports increased border security and the passage of Federal legislation to punish sanctuary jurisdictions by cutting off Federal aid.
