TCC's Exclusive Illegal Alien Crime Update - 5-25-21
TCC tracks the terrifying result of Biden's open borders, and every week reports to Congress, the media and social media the crimes committed by illegals, to build more support to protect our border.
Despite denial by open borders advocates, illegal aliens add to the crime problem in the United States. The stories below give some recent examples.
Trial Finally Begins after 3 Years for Illegal Alien who Murdered Woman.
The trial for the man accused of killing Mollie Tibbetts, a 20-year-old Iowa college student, is scheduled to start nearly three years after her murder. The trial will start with jury selection, which could prove difficult because of the politicization of the case and how much it was covered in the media
Cristhian Bahena Rivera, 26, allegedly stabbed Tibbetts while she was on an evening run on July 18, 2018, in her hometown of Brooklyn, Iowa. Her body was found more than a month later in a cornfield. Originally from Mexico, Rivera was found to have been in the country illegally. His former employer said he had given a false name.
Man Charged With Setting Palisades Fire Is Illegal Alien
LOS ANGELES, CA – On Sunday, a man was spotted from a Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) helicopter moving through a brushy area, igniting “multiple additional fires,” according to the LAFD.
Santos-Rodriguez has been charged with arson and is now being held at the Los Angeles County Jail on 350,000 bail. The Palisades Fire has destroyed 1,158 acres of land, and forced many people from their homes, according to a LAFD news release.
Because California is a 'sanctuary state,' the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Office is no longer allowed to place ICE holds on suspect's, nor list an inmate's immigration status in their online booking log. However, a source within that department has confirmed that Santos-Rodriguez is in the country illegally. Instead, public officials as well as the mainstream media have been focusing on the fact that Santos-Rodriguez is homeless.
Illegal Alien Drug Trafficker Wanted In Two Counties For Child Sexual Assault
ROWAN COUNTY, NC – On May 15, Maynor Javier Yanez-Basquez, 32, was turned over to sheriff's deputies in Rowan County, where he was wanted for multiple counts of child sexual assault. Only, a day earlier, he had been booked in Catawba County for felony kidnapping, felony statutory sex offense with a child under the age of 15, and misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
He was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, felony possession of heroin, possession with intent to sell and deliver methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked into the Alexander County Jail on $1 million bond.
It was then discovered that the illegal alien was wanted in two other counties for sex crimes against children. Yanez-Basquez has also been charged with kidnapping, statutory rape, two counts of first-degree sex offense (victim under 13), and third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. He is currently being held at the Rowan County Jail on $700,000 bond. He also has a criminal record in California, and at the time of his arrest in North Carolina, was actually free on $100,000 bond.
The Conservative Caucus is a grassroots public policy action organization, formed in 1974. It was active in defeating the SALT II Treaty, repealing the Catastrophic Coverage Act, blocking the Clinton health-care takeover, securing the impeachment of President Clinton by the House of Representatives, stopping amnesty for illegal aliens, persuading the House of Representatives to sue President Obama regarding ObamaCare, and promoting the confirmation of Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett.
TCC supports increased border security and the passage of Federal legislation to punish sanctuary jurisdictions by cutting off Federal aid.
